  • Simple appointment scheduling can be accomplished by a customer service representative or using Cardinal’s Integrated Voice Technologies (IVT).
  • Rules-based scheduling allows a customer service representative or Cardinal’s IVT to schedule appointments based on guidelines set for each delivery location.
  • Dynamic route scheduling chooses which orders to process using rules-based scheduling, and/or manual selection, and then passes the appointments to Appian DirectRoute™ for route optimization.
