Cardinal Service Manager is a dispatch tool that allows you to respond immediately to a client’s request for services. You can manipulate a driver or service technician’s schedule by adding and removing stops, allowing you to efficiently manage your operation at any time.

New requests are submitted through an electronic data feed or Cardinal’s Service Request Page, a website that allows customers to submit requests any time.  Requests are viewed on a map alongside current routes to help determine which route to assign the activity to. When a new request is received (i.e. pickup, delivery or facility transfer) it can be assigned to a route and transmitted to a driver or technician in the field immediately.

Cardinal Service Manager is integrated with Cardinal Activity Tracker and its route list reflects all status updates received from CAT. The integration allows you to consider a driver or technician’s progress on a route when deciding where to assign new requests.
